Evolution Concepts in Hair and Spa is the realization of a dream that began many years ago for owner Vince Pasqualino. Leaving his home 1000 km behind in search of inspiration the Journey would begin. In 1997, Vince began training under his uncle, a well respected and accomplished designer. His love and passion for art would manifest into a career in hair design that would exceed all expectations. Within 3 years, Vince was to be sought out by Sebastian International to become a platform artist and creative team member. From there, Vince would be trained under world renowned ICON Robert Labetta. Continuing his evolution, Vince would move on to working for ICON International a new Company with a fresh approach to hair and the professional industry. Gracing their platforms with his artistic interpretations, creating fashion through hair, Vince has become an artist with a unique vision for hair design that he now expresses in Evolution Concepts in Hair & Spa.

Our Mission at Evolution Concepts In Hair & Spa is to enhance the lives of the people we connect with daily. By enhancing the guests natural ”beauty” we want to encourage people to take care of themselves, of the environment in which they live and work and of the things they love. Our particular brand of beauty cannot work without practical and visible efforts, “sustainable efforts”. For us, sustainability deals with the responsibility we owe to ourselves, the people with which we work, our guests, the world in which we live and operate today and tomorrow.
